Temp Administrator - South County Dublin

• Hybrid role – 2/3 days in the office
• Offices are in Blackrock, close to dart line and Blackrock village
• Hourly rate is €13.05 // €25,101 p.a
• Monday to Thursday, 9.00am – 5.30pm, Friday, 9-5pm. 37 hour week

Our client based in Blackrock is currently seeking a Clerical Officer to join their Registrations dept. For this position you need to have 6-12 months administration experience and you need be able to start immediately.

Duties include:
· Setting up new application requests and printing application forms
· Compile applications pre-assessment
· Issue temporary certs for adaption candidates
· Registering applicants who have been approved for registration
· Providing reception cover when required

Requirements:
· Be educated to leaving certificate level with a further qualification at third level
· Have one year administration experience in a similar role environment
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to be clear, comprehensive and concise in communications

We also have a number of temporary assignments based in Dublin 2 to fill immediately- WFH and based in the office. Roles vary in length from 4 weeks to 9 months. On applying please indicate if you are interested in these instead.
