A Professional services firm are seeking an experienced Administrator to work within their Trademark and Intellectual Property department.
The ideal candidate will support a team of attorneys with their administrative duties in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

Duties as Team administrator include:
- Accurately creating documentation by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Attention to detail is critical to this role.
- Prioritising urgent work by reading and routing correspondence, collecting information and initiating telecommunications.
- Preparing filing documents and completion of online forms for new work.
- Using a variety of internal and external software packages, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records and spreadsheets.
- Arranging travel and accommodation, organising meeting schedules, registration for conferences, etc.
- Managing projects, and contributing to productivity and sales groups.
- Reception cover.
- Preparing daily draft invoices, including obtaining purchase order numbers.
The ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and can meet deadlines, and 3-4 years’ experience in an administrative role where you would have completed the above duties.
