We are working with a Top 5 Law firm as they recruit a Legal Executive within their Healthcare group. In this newly created role, you will work alongside two other Legal Executives as part of a busy and expanding department.
My client will consider candidates who are planning to complete FE1s in the future and this role would be an excellent addition to your experience.
This role will suit a Legal Executive with 1- 2 years’ experience, ideally in defence litigation although other expertise will be considered. This is a very busy practice group with a high volume caseload. This firm offer hybrid working, a collaborative and supportive environment and an excellent remuneration package.
Duties will include:
- Preparing briefs for counsel, booklets, pleadings and other court documents.
- Supporting Solicitors with caseload.
- File management and maintenance of the database.
- Research of precedent and case law as well as production of associated documents.
- Attending court and meetings with clients, taking appropriate notes and reporting to the wider team.
The successful candidate for this role will be an excellent multi-tasker who is very comfortable working to tight deadlines.
You will need to have:
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Legal Executive or Paralegal.
- Ideally, your experience will be in Healthcare /Litigation/ Regulatory departments.
