We are seeking an experienced legal secretary with a “can do” attitude to provide first class legal support to multiple Solicitors across a number of practice areas.
Duties will include:
• Drafting correspondence;
• Dictaphone typing;
• Diary management;
• Client liaison;
• File management;
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements;
• All general administration support as required.
Who you are!
The successful candidate for this role will have a strong background in Personal Injury or general Litigation. You will also have strong MS and typing skills, have great attention to detail and the ability to use your initiative. Strong communication and organisational skills are also a must! Experience as a legal secretary in other areas is highly regarded!
