Administrator - Public Sector

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator in a public sector body based in Dublin 2.

This is a 9 month contract position with the salary on €23,352, non-negotiable

We are looking for a candidate with 1+ years' experience in an administrative position

The role:

  • Assist and oversee in internal and external events
  • To assist travel co-ordinator in booking accommodation, budgeting and research
  • Assisting in the organisations health and safety procedures
  • Provide reception support to the team when required
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post for team
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Assist in ordering office supplies for team

 

To be considered you must have the following;

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Experience in office administration, minute taking and letter writing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise workload and possess good time management skills
