Our client, a top Law firm based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a HR Generalist with 2+ years' experience to join their HR team on a 12 month contract.
This position is based on a hybrid working structure, offering competitive salary & benefits.
Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist:
- Create and manage HR content for our weekly newsletter
- Facilitate new joiner orientation and onboarding processes
- Ensure HR Policies remain up to date
- Process requests for various types of leave
- Handle employee change documentation throughout the employment lifecycle
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of our HRIS
- Assist with reward and compensation initiatives
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects
- Manage recruitment and rotations for Graduate Programmes
Key skills of the HR Generalist:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or as an HR Generalist
- Third level qualification, preferably in HR
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Experience with HRIS platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Self-motivated and proactive
