HR Generalist (12 month FTC)

Our client, a top Law firm based in Dublin City Centre is seeking a HR Generalist  with 2+ years' experience to join their HR team on a 12 month contract.

This position is based on a hybrid working structure, offering competitive salary & benefits.

Key responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

  • Create and manage HR content for our weekly newsletter
  • Facilitate new joiner orientation and onboarding processes
  • Ensure HR Policies remain up to date
  • Process requests for various types of leave
  • Handle employee change documentation throughout the employment lifecycle
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our HRIS
  • Assist with reward and compensation initiatives
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc projects
  • Manage recruitment and rotations for Graduate Programmes

Key skills of the HR Generalist:

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration or as an HR Generalist
  • Third level qualification, preferably in HR
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with HRIS platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated and proactive
