I am recruiting on behalf of my client for a Front of House Receptionist/Administrator to join their office. This is a temporary position and the salary on offer will depend on your experience. The hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch. This role is full time office based as the client is an essential service.
• This position is based on the Reception desk in the office. You will answer calls, take messages and transfer when necessary. Deal with couriers and deliveries
• You will provide administrative support to staff who are mainly working from home. You will organise client conference calls, typing and formatting documents, creating invoices, taking minutes at meetings and general day to day administrative tasks.
• This role is very busy, so you have to be comfortable working in this type of environment.
Based in Dublin 2
You must have office experience to be considered for this position – reception, admin, switchboard ,data entry etc. The environment is corporate! You need to be a self-starter, someone who likes to role up their sleeves and get stuck in! You will be relied on quite heavily, so you have to enjoy managing a variety of tasks. You must also have strong MS office skills.
