An International Construction Company is seeking an Expense Administrator to assist their busy Finance team in Citywest, Dublin 24.

The ideal candidate will have some Expense / Payments experience on their CV. You might be coming from a Banking / Insurance / Professional Services Firm where you are used to processing high volume data!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing and processing expense reports.
- Identifying and resolving delinquent expenses, collaborating with employees to ensure prompt resolution of any outstanding issues.
- Preparing journal entries for posting into our finance system, ensuring accurate and timely financial data recording.
- Assisting the Accounts Payable department with any additional tasks, as required.
- Addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will:
- 2+ years experience in a busy Finance Department.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Strong IT skills, experience working with banking platforms
