- You will work 37 hours per week and the hourly rate on offer is €13.05 per hour, paid weekly.
- Hybrid role but you must be flexible on days
In this position, you will complete clerical tasks such as:
- Processing applications
- Maintain and input information on a database.
- Draft and typing correspondence.
- Setting up new application requests and printing application forms
- Compile applications pre-assessment
- Corresponding with applicants and stakeholders
- Compiling applications pre-administrative review
- Monitoring non EU queries in Overseas mailbox
- Setting up documents
- 6-12 month’s experience working in an office environment
- Experience working with MS Office (Word and Excel are essential)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good customer service skills
- Solid all round administration skills
