Temp Clerical Officer roles - immediate start

Are you looking for the flexibility of temporary work? Do you have experience in working as an Administrator or Receptionist?

If you have a minimum of 6 months experience in an office and available for temp work and can commit for 6 -12 months, contact us now!

- You will work 37 hours per week and the hourly rate on offer is €13.05 per hour, paid weekly.

- Hybrid role but you must be flexible on days

In this position, you will complete clerical tasks such as:

  • Processing applications
  • Maintain and input information on a database.
  • Draft and typing correspondence.
  • Setting up new application requests and printing application forms
  • Compile applications pre-assessment
  • Corresponding with applicants and stakeholders
  • Compiling applications pre-administrative review
  • Monitoring non EU queries in Overseas mailbox
  • Setting up documents

Essential Requirements:

  • 6-12 month’s experience working in an office environment
  • Experience working with MS Office (Word and Excel are essential)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good customer service skills
  • Solid all round administration skills
