An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a leading charity organisation in Dublin 12. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general management of the housing association, ensuring regulatory compliance, team management, tenancy management, and property development. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the independence and community inclusion of the people served by the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assume overall responsibility for the management of the housing association.
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory Framework for Approved Housing Bodies.
- Manage a small team to provide property management and conveyancing support.
- Oversee the property portfolio, including housing inspection and maintenance.
- Lead on new property development and stakeholder management.
- Prepare budgets and reports for the Board.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and contractors.

Key Skills and Requirements:
- Relevant third-level property or construction-related qualification (NFQ7) or equivalent degree and professional experience in property management.
- 5 years’ experience in a senior management role with an emphasis on property or tenancy management.
- Budget management experience, including tenancy income.
- Knowledge of EU/UK-based building-related contract procedures and regulations.
- Project management and administration skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Full Clean Driving License.
