You will have an effective knowledge of all areas of individual employment law, as well as collective aspects in relation to redundancy. You must have good knowledge and experience of corporate support work, including drafting and negotiating warranties and indemnities. You must also be fully familiar with the procedural rules governing employment tribunal claims; have experience of High Court Injunctions; Immigration and work permit matters; restructuring and commercial reorganisations; contracts and general advisory work.
You must present well and have the ability to gain the confidence of professional clients.
