Property Sales Administrator

A leading property firm in central Dublin is seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join their busy Sales Department. This is a key role within a respected and long-established real estate environment, offering a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to support a high-performing team and grow within a fast-paced office.

The Role

As Sales Administrator, you will provide vital support to the sales team, helping to manage documentation, coordinate customer communications, and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for many enquiries and will play an integral part in the delivery of professional, responsive service to clients and stakeholders alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative needs
  • Preparing and updating key sales documentation, including trackers and reports
  • Managing internal databases and uploading property information to relevant systems
  • Coordinating responses to sales enquiries by phone and email
  • Assisting with marketing activities such as mail merges for property launches
  • Liaising with solicitors, agents, and the internal marketing team
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with processes

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a property administration or similar support role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Reapit or similar CRM systems is an advantage
  • A confident, courteous, and professional approach to client interactions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a structured manner
  • A self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic
