Firstly, we would like to say thank you for temping with Lex consultancy. We will do our best to offer you the best temporary placements to suit your requirements. It is also our intention to make temping through Lex Consultancy an enjoyable and rewarding experience. You will have the opportunity to gain invaluable skills and broaden your experience whilst temping with some of Ireland’s most reputable organisations.
Where you wish to take paid leave during the course of a temporary placement you will notify your consultant or a suitable person at Lex Consultancy of the dates of your intended absence, giving notice of at least twice the length of the period of leave that you wishes to take.
Annual Leave is only approved when Lex Consultancy has authorised it .
A holiday request form must be filled out in order for you to get paid for those days.
If you do not take holidays during your temporary placement, you will be paid any leave entitlement owed at the end of the temporary placement.

While on assignment with Lex Consultancy please ensure that the holiday request form is completed in full, and that your holidays have been authorised, and signed for by your Manager/HR prior to the return of the form to Lex consultancy.
