Temporary Administrator - Further Education

This client are a well-established organisation who provide career development support to members across the full lifecycle of their careers. They provide training across a variety of platforms and also support CPD programmes at the employer level. With an emphasis on the building of long-standing relationships they have developed an exceptional network of professionals and are now seeking a new addition to the team to support them in this effort.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys a heavily administrative role and ideally who has some experience in further education or CPD within a membership or training organisation.

  • Initial 3-6 month temporary assignment with potential for extension.
  • Hybrid working – offices located in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Two days onsite per week.
  • Very competitive salary DOE

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Coordination of training programmes and L&D Services for members including online events, training courses, and webinars.
  • Administrative support for audits of employer led programmes.
  • Support course registration, bookings development of course material.
  • Act as point of contact for members and training partners.
  • Develop marketing and training materials.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-2 Years’ Administrative experience, ideally with some experience in further education or CPD.
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel and Powerpoint as well as some experience with database administration.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service experience.
