Join a dynamic NGO in Dublin 7 as a Temporary Admin Assistant! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR and data entry, supporting the team during an exciting period of transition.
Ideal for someone with admin experience looking to step into HR and make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
- Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and accuracy across internal systems
- Support HR tasks, including onboarding documentation and employee records
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate meetings, diaries, and internal communications
- Handle incoming queries via phone and email, directing appropriately
- Prepare documents, reports, and support ad hoc administrative tasks
- Cover multiple administrative functions during staff transitions
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience in a general administrative or office support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HR administration experience is a bonus, but not essential
