Administrator – Maynooth, Kildare (6-9 Month Contract)
Salary: €31,605 | Hybrid after probation (2 days in office)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process applications for domestic & international candidates
- Follow registration workflows and QA processes
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Identify and escalate operational or quality issues
- Support process development and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year administration experience
- Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
