Temp Recruitment Administrator

My client based in Dublin 24 are seeking to hire a temporary Recruitment Administrator for approx. 4 weeks to support the recruitment of sales staff.

This is a possibility of extension for the right candidate into a longer term position as well as hybrid working, onsite parking and a competitive temporary rate.

You will:

  • Post vacancies onto job sites
  • Review incoming CVs and schedule screening calls with candidates
  • Upload candidate information to the internal database
  • Schedule interview days
  • Support other recruitment functions including assessing skills, collecting references and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of recruitment or HR experience
  • Available immediately and for at least 4 weeks
  • Can work onsite in Dublin 24 on hybrid capacity
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Good team player
