This prestigious Real Estate Property Company is looking for a Team Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Team.


  • Answering phones and email queries on properties
  • Liaising with property executives for allocation & scheduling of viewings, meetings, inspections
  • Assist in coordinating facilities management reactive works
  • Processing Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) Registrations
  • Support with collection of rent, financial reporting and updating tenant schedules
  • Provide administrative support to Property Team including data entry, file management and scheduling appointments and services
  • Assist in marketing properties through relationship building with estate agencies and potential tenants
  • Assist with maintaining the commercial rates register and processing of insurance and service charge information
  • Provide cover for the Property Executive during periods of leave
  • Other ad-hoc duties


  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong customer service and numerical skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, strong attention to detail, excellent IT skills
  • Ability to multi-task, deal with varied workloads and to be able to prioritise
  • Proficient computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Property and/or facilities management experience is desirable, but not essential

Full-time & permanent and office based role in Monkstown. Salary €35k plus bonus, holidays and benefits package
