A leading semi-state body is seeking a high organised Team Administrator with excellent attention to detail, great multi-tasking abilities and excellent Microsoft Office suite skills. This key role involves providing administrative support, coordinating business activities, and engaging with stakeholders across the North West.
Salary: €27,304
Location: Sligo | Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administration including diary management, correspondence, and invoicing
- Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and reporting schedules
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and promotional materials
- Maintain CRM systems and generate regular updates
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally
Candidate Profile:
- Strong administrative experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe is an advantage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Third-level qualification, desirable
- Full clean driving licence desirable
