Team Administrator - Valuations & Advisory Dept

This company is seeking a Team Administrator to provide administrative support to the Valuations & Advisory Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the team, managing files and archiving for the department, invoicing, and providing phone support to the wider administration team.

The role also involves ensuring stationary, printer toners, and general upkeep of the department are maintained, and contributing to the overall successful running and maintenance of the department.

Location: Dublin 2, 5 day onsite requirement

Salary: €36,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to the Valuations & Advisory team, Manage files and archiving for the department, including opening hard and soft copy files, updating the CRM, and preparing and filing various documentation for each property
  • Ensure all paper and electronic filing is carried out on a regular basis to maintain an up-to-date filing system
  • Assist in project coordination for larger clients
  • Assist in the preparation and formatting of correspondence, including emails, reports, letters, tender documents, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Liaise with accounts and team members in relation to invoicing
  • Provide phone support to the wider administration team and cover reception when required
  • Ensure stationary, printer toners, and general upkeep of the department are maintained
  • Maintain high customer care standards with supervision from team members
  • Maintain professional and ethical standards at all times with supervision from team members
  • Produce consistent standards of work
  • Provide training to new team members
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as and when they arise

Key Requirements

  • Strong administrative experience
  • Strong experience in using Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Competent and familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • The capacity for accuracy, attention to detail, an orderly approach to work, and numeracy
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
  • The ability to communicate facts clearly and in writing
  • Willingness and flexibility to work loyally as part of a team
  • Excellent English, both verbal and written
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in an administrative role
