Team Administrator Limerick or Galway office

An International Construction Company are seeking a Team administrator for their Limerick or Galway Office. The ideal candidate  will provide a broad range of administrative support, coordination services to the Divisional Team and Directors while being the key point of contact for meeting coordination, team support and any ad hoc administrative tasks.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Managing all correspondence in a proactive manner.
  • Taking ownership for diary management and coordination with the business and external stakeholders.
  • Calculating the monthly board packs and circulates in a timely fashion to allow meeting participants to review the content in advance.
  • Coordinating the necessary approvals for expense claim forms, subsistence payments and other associated documentation or E-approvals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for division events.
Ideal Candidate:
  • 2+ years of experience in an executive or team administrative support role within a professional environment.
  • Completed a relevant third level certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent verbal and written reporting and communication skills
  • 2+ years working experience with MS Office at a senior administrative level.
