Our client, one of the country’s top law firms, are currently expanding their Internal Communications team whose focus is on Sustainable Business.
This is a permanent role based in their offices in Dublin 2. They offer hybrid working and excellent opportunities for progression. This position reports directly to the head of department and will be a hands-on position working across various projects in conjunction with all areas of the business.
In this role you will be involved with:
- The development of innovative socially impactful initiatives across the sustainable business programme.
- Implementation of activity programmes in line with these initiatives, working closely with various committees across the firm. You will also work closely with employees to promote engagement of these activities.
- Coordinate and engage with various internal stakeholders and attend sub-committee meetings to advance the business strategy.
- Assist with development of internal communication, co-ordinate on reports and assist with various projects to advance the business sustainability initiatives.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar field – Communications, Sustainable Business, Public Policy, Business or Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
