I am seeking an experienced Strategic HR Partner to work closely with senior leaders and shape people strategies that drive business success. This role is perfect for a credible HR professional who thrives on influencing at a strategic level while delivering practical, people-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Advise on workforce planning, talent management, organisational development, and change initiatives.
- Lead complex employee relations and performance management cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
- Support leadership development, engagement, and wellbeing initiatives that promote inclusion and retention.
- Use HR analytics and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of people strategies.
- Collaborate across HR functions to deliver integrated solutions and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Significant HR experience in a partnering or advisory role within a complex organisation.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practice.
- Skilled in organisational development, change management, and talent strategy.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline essential; CIPD qualification desirable
