Standalone HR Manager | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are hiring a hands-on HR Manager for a standalone role supporting approx. 105 employees. You will own day-to-day HR operations, with support from an HR Consultant (3 days per week).
This is a varied, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail and working across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll administration with a third-party provider
- Administer benefits including health insurance, pension and allowances
- Support year-end payroll and finance-related activities
- Manage HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, probation, absence, HR reporting and health & safety
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters
- Support performance reviews, salary and bonus cycles
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including graduate hiring
- Coordinate training initiatives
- Manage expatriate secondments, relocations, visas and work permits
- Maintain HR systems, employee records and GDPR compliance
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
- Support strategic HR initiatives as required
Ideal Candidate:
- HR professional with 4+ years’ experience
- Comfortable in a standalone, operational HR role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Payroll administration experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HRIS systems
