Standalone HR Manager - 12 month FTC

Standalone HR Manager | 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
We are hiring a hands-on HR Manager for a standalone role supporting approx. 105 employees. You will own day-to-day HR operations, with support from an HR Consultant (3 days per week).
This is a varied, operational role ideal for someone who enjoys being close to the detail and working across the full employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly payroll administration with a third-party provider
  • Administer benefits including health insurance, pension and allowances
  • Support year-end payroll and finance-related activities
  • Manage HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, probation, absence, HR reporting and health & safety
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers on HR matters
  • Support performance reviews, salary and bonus cycles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including graduate hiring
  • Coordinate training initiatives
  • Manage expatriate secondments, relocations, visas and work permits
  • Maintain HR systems, employee records and GDPR compliance
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Support strategic HR initiatives as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • HR professional with 4+ years’ experience
  • Comfortable in a standalone, operational HR role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Payroll administration experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HRIS systems
