A very busy public sector body based in Dublin 24 require Temporary Clerical Officers for an expected term of 12 months.
- Fully onsite role – Dublin 24
- Parking onsite / close to Red Line Luas
- 35 hour week – 9am – 5pm
- Hourly rate: €16.37 (first point of clerical officer scale)
This is an opportunity to work in an organisation with close ties to the legal sector. It will suit candidates with a strong ability to work with very important documents, some of which will be legal in nature. You will need to be someone who works well in a fast-paced, team structure and has excellent attention to detail. Ideally, you will have worked in the public sector and / or a case management role.
Competency style interviews to take place: Thursday 31st October
Anticipated start date: Monday 4th November
Requirements for this role:
- Ability to work as a team to tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage a busy workload and multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong IT skills including all MS Office programmes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and excellence in delivery of information to the public.
- Ideally, you will hold either a 3rd level qualification or 18 months experience in a similar role within the public sector.
- It will be advantageous if candidates have experience with claims handling, insurance, high-volume case management, or administrative justice
