My client, a top law firm in Dublin 2 are seeking a Legal Secretary for their Employment department. This firm provides excellent bonuses and an attractive salary. To be successful, you must have minimum 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary.
Supporting a Partner and a Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of correspondence and legal documents
- Preparation of briefs
- Dictaphone typing
- Processing end of month billing and time entry
- Filing and archiving
- Diary and email management
- Client liaison
The successful candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years working as a Legal Secretary
- Minimum 60WPM
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- The proven ability to show initiative and achieve deadlines
