Employment Legal Secretary - Top Law Firm

My client, a top law firm in Dublin 2 are seeking a Legal Secretary for their Employment department. This firm provides excellent bonuses and an attractive salary. To be successful, you must have minimum 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary.

Supporting a Partner and a Senior Associate, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of correspondence and legal documents
  • Preparation of briefs
  • Dictaphone typing
  • Processing end of month billing and time entry
  • Filing and archiving
  • Diary and email management
  • Client liaison

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years working as a Legal Secretary
  • Minimum 60WPM
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • The proven ability to show initiative and achieve deadlines
