Senior Talent Manager

Unique opportunity for an experienced HR Senior Talent Manager to join a Dublin City Centre Law Firm. You will be responsible for implementing performance management strategies and initiatives to support employee engagement and development.

As part of the large HR team you will report to the HR Director and take ownership for the performance Management system.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop performance management frameworks, processes, and tools to effectively evaluate performance and inform the promotions process
  • Be the HR system super-user, including account setup, user training, development and support, and produce reports and statistics from the system focusing on data analytics and accuracy
  • Work with our finance and HR teams on remuneration policy, bonus structure and implementation
  • Administer performance management processes, bonus and salary review cycles across the firm
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to help them develop their teams; and
  • Work with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor succession plans and capacity planning across the firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR with a keen interest in performance management and excellent analytical skills as there is a strong focus on reporting and problem solving.

  • You are a HR professional with proven experience in performance management, talent development and employee engagement
  • You have excellent project management skills, attention to detail and proficiency in HR systems and other relevant software applications; and
  • You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, can influence others, and are committed to continuous learning and professional development.
