Senior Corporate Tax Manager Required for Global Construction & Real Estate Organisation in West Dublin
The successful candidate will be joining on an initial 18 month contract while the current Head of Tax is taking an agreed leave of absence.
You will be:
You will have a senior role within the company and will report to the Finance Director. Managing a team of a team of 6 tax professionals, the role will be varied to include:
- Managing day-to-day tax function of the group
- Ownership of the consolidated tax position including associated Tax disclosure notes
- Project manage and complete the corporation tax returns in partnership with advisors
- Ensure all compliance and reporting matters are completed in a complete, accurate and timely manner
- Plan and oversee the execution of strategic tax planning
- Develop future strategy and overall growth plans for the company
- Deliver key tax advice to senior leadership on key investment and transaction decisions
- Responsibility over the design and implementation of group tax strategy
- Developing strong cross functional relationships throughout the business
- Keeping up to date with all legal and regulatory changes as they happen
You will have:
Candidates should be Big 4/Top 10 practice trained tax professionals with first rate communication skills with a minimum of 8 years PQE including but not limited to:
- Head of tax in a Plc, SME or large corporate looking for a change
- No. 2 to a Head of tax in a Plc, SME or large corporate looking for a step up
- Tax Director/Senior Manager looking to make their first move to industry
- Experienced tax professional who is open to a contract to further develop their industry coverage
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Salary €110,000 - €130,000
