Business Development Executive – Bids & Proposals | Dublin 2 (Hybrid)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join a dynamic and high-performing Proposals Team within a leading international law firm.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a pivotal role in managing strategic and high-value bids that contribute directly to firm growth. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and legal teams across six global offices, in a culture that values excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support the delivery of bids and tenders for both public and private sector opportunities
- Conduct background research to support new business proposals and pitches
- Review and respond to PQQs, RFTs, RFPs, and ITTs
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure high-quality, strategic submissions
- Support Bid Managers in managing complex tender processes from planning to submission
- Track and report on outcomes, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to broader business development initiatives
About You:
- Previous experience in bids/proposals or business development (professional services background desirable)
- A confident communicator, able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills
- Strategic, with good business acumen and a flair for connecting the dots across teams
- Experienced in producing high-quality, creative written content
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently to deadlines
