Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex bids and tenders from opportunity identification to final submission
- Review, interpret, and provide strategic input on tender requirements and documentation
- Draft high-quality, tailored responses and oversee input from multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate with senior leadership and internal teams to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain detailed bid records, including success rates, fee structures, and panel appointments
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior bid team members
- Support broader Business Development initiatives and strategic projects
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years’ experience in bid/tender management within corporate or professional services
- Proven track record managing high-value, complex bids
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Strong strategic thinking, writing, and communication skills
- Experienced in using CRM systems, digital platforms, and bid management tools
- Confident collaborating with senior leadership and managing internal stakeholders
