Lex Consultancy is partnering with an exciting Irish technology company to recruit a Sales & Marketing Executive for a newly created role.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing business that's transforming the corporate events industry through an innovative technology platform. Backed by an established Irish technology group with an international presence, you'll work closely with an experienced leadership team and play a key role in the company's growth.
About the Role
This is a unique hybrid opportunity combining marketing, growth and sales.
You'll initially focus on building brand awareness, creating engaging content and driving customer growth. As the business scales, you'll transition into a commercial role, helping to generate new business and build long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage social media and content campaigns.
- Create SEO- and AI-driven marketing content.
- Deliver email marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Prospect new business opportunities across Ireland.
- Execute outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn and phone.
- Manage leads and pipeline activity through the CRM.
- Support proposals, customer onboarding and commercial growth.
About You
You'll have:
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing or communications.
- Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A strong interest in AI, technology, marketing and sales.
- A proactive, ambitious mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
