On behalf of the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB), Lex Consultancy is inviting applications for a permanent position and to join a panel for Financial Accountant - Higher Executive Officer grade in Finance.
SALARY: Applicants will be appointed at the first point of the HEO scale - €59,435*
LOCATION: O’Connell House, D’Olier Street, Dublin 2. (Hybrid arrangement; 2-3 days on-site)
ANNUAL LEAVE: 29 working days per annum
INTERVIEW: On-site at O’Connell House, D’Olier Street, Dublin 2 - Week commencing 02nd of March (You must be available to attend interview)
CLOSING DATE: 3pm, Wednesday, 18th of February, 2026
The successful candidate will play a key senior role within the RTB Finance Team, with responsibility for financial reporting, compliance, audit, payroll oversight and financial governance. The role will involve stakeholder engagement across the organisation, with exposure to senior management and external stakeholders developing over time, in line with experience and role requirements.
This role will suit a qualified accountant seeking to build on their post-qualification experience in a regulated or public-sector environment, while also providing scope for continued professional development and progression.
Candidates should have a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA) and current membership of a recognised accounting body and demonstrate the possession of the skills / competencies as outlined in Candidate Information Booklet.
