Registrations Administrator - Dún Laoghaire (Hybrid) - 3 Year FTC
Location: Dún Laoghaire (Hybrid)
Salary: €30,000 – €32,000 DOE
Contract: 3-Year Fixed Term | 35 hours per week

An established organisation is currently seeking a Registrations Administrator to join its Registrations Team in Dún Laoghaire.
This role operates within a structured, detail-focused environment and is well suited to someone who enjoys working with processes, accuracy, and compliance-led administrative work.
Overview of Role The Registrations Administrator will support the end-to-end registration process, ensuring all applications are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with set procedures and standards. The role requires strong attention to detail and consistent communication with applicants and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to queries from members, internal teams, and external applicants relating to registration and membership processes
- Apply and adhere to established guidelines, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly
- Review, verify, and validate identification and supporting documentation submitted as part of applications
- Maintain clear and timely communication with applicants throughout the registration journey
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives within the team
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in an administrative role (experience in a regulatory, compliance, or structured process environment is highly desirable)
- Strong experience working with documentation, verification, and process-driven tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT systems
- Ability to work accurately within defined procedures and meet deadlines
