We're seeking a professional, organised, and customer-focused Receptionist & Office Support Coordinator to join our Cork City office on a full-time, permanent basis.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, you'll deliver an excellent reception experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients, visitors, and colleagues, providing a professional front-of-house experience.
- Manage reception, incoming calls, the shared inbox, and visitor sign-in.
- Support office administration, including new starters, access cards, and staff queries.
- Coordinate post, couriers, deliveries, and meeting room bookings.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and building management on facilities matters.
- Prepare meeting rooms and arrange catering for meetings and events.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and stock.
- Provide general administrative and office support as required.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front-of-house, office coordinator, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive, and flexible approach.
