Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnering with a leading real estate organisation in Dublin 2 to recruit a Divisional Director – Investment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded property professional looking to take the next step in their career and play a key leadership role within a highly respected and growing investment team.
You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including private investors, institutions, family offices, developers and international funds, advising across acquisitions, disposals and investment strategy.
This is a senior position offering excellent client exposure, autonomy and genuine scope for career progression, while playing an important role in the continued growth of the investment division.
The Opportunity:
As Divisional Director – Investment, you will advise clients across the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment assets, lead transactions, develop new business and build long-term client relationships.
You will have the opportunity to originate and execute transactions across office, industrial, retail, PRS and mixed-use assets, while also contributing to the wider strategic direction of the investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on the acquisition and disposal of commercial investment assets.
- Lead and execute transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Provide strategic investment advice across the commercial real estate market.
- Originate new business through networking and relationship management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Take ownership of PRS transactions, where applicable.
- Contribute to pitches, proposals and marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with wider transactional and advisory teams to deliver a comprehensive client service.
- Represent the organisation within the investment and capital markets community.
- Support and mentor junior and mid-level team members.
- Contribute to the continued growth and strategic development of the investment division.
What We're Looking For:
We are keen to speak with experienced property professionals who are commercially driven, entrepreneurial and confident operating at a senior level.
Ideally, you will have:
- 5+ years' relevant property experience, ideally within investment or capital markets.
- A proven track record of originating and executing property transactions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability.
- PRS experience would be highly desirable.
- A relevant PSRA licence, or eligibility to obtain one.
- Ideally, Chartered Surveyor status with SCSI/RICS.
- A full driving licence.
