Project Administrator - Dublin 2 (Hybrid)

Salary: €32,365, with annual increments

A reputable public sector body is seeking an Project Administrator to join their Sustainability and Client Transformation team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in sustainability, research, marketing and strategic analysis to support projects and engage with clients and key stakeholders across a range of sectors.
The role offers a hybrid working model of three days in the office and two days working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
- Support sustainability and Green Capital investment initiatives across the client portfolio.
- Assist with the preparation of strategic proposals for senior stakeholders and committees.
- Research and monitor emerging sustainability trends, technologies and opportunities.
- Analyse client business plans to identify sustainability opportunities.
- Support strong client and stakeholder relationships through high-quality engagement and service.
- Contribute to sustainability knowledge-sharing across teams.
- Assist with planning, coordinating and delivering marketing and sustainability-focused events.
- Engage with decision-makers and stakeholder groups to support sustainability initiatives.
- Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management activities and contribute to continuous learning and development.
Requirements & Desirable Skills:
- Third-level qualification to a minimum Level 8.
- An interest in sustainability, environmental initiatives and the transition to a green economy.
- Demonstrated aptitude or technical experience in sustainability-related initiatives is advantageous.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Ability to research, analyse information and identify opportunities.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative and manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally when required.
- Full driving licence is advantageous.
- Interest in continuous learning and career development.
