My client is looking to expand their team by recruiting a Product Specialist to assist with the internal product management of a cloud-based Document Management System (DMS) and associated third-party document processing tools. What You’ll Do:
- Configure and manage cloud-based DMS and third-party document processing tools.
- Test and validate changes to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance products.
- Support training efforts to ensure effective use of tools across the organisation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and updates.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to strategic planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.
About You:
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of technical experience, with at least one year in product management or a related role.
- Strong technical proficiency in SaaS or DMS solutions and familiarity with M365 and SharePoint.
- Certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar) are a bonus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a keen eye for process improvements.
