This global Financial organisation have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support Senior Partners within the Audit and Assurance department in their Dublin office.

What does the position entail?
- Act as a gatekeeper / first point of contact for their partners
- PA to partners and provision of administrative support to key members of their team
- Diary management and planning through prioritisation of appointments
- Receiving calls and dealing with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
- Organising internal and external meetings
- Maintenance of client contact information within CRM system
- Maintaining templates for key client documents
- Managing all correspondence
- Minute-taking at key team meetings
- Preparation of presentation slides and material using PowerPoint
- Business continuity planning
- Assist with coordination and management of special projects, as required
- Various ad-hoc administration duties
What skills will the successful candidate have?
- Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive issues with discretion.
- Minimum of 3-5 years pervious experience in a similar role and similar environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages.
- High level of attention to detail (critical to success in the role).
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, while also showing initiative.
- Professional and articulate communication at all levels.
- Strong client focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
