This Global Top Tier Law firm in Dublin 2 are recruiting a Payroll Specialist to join their team for a 12 month (fixed term) contract. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic HR Operations Team, managing payroll processes for over 800 employees. Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and management of the monthly payroll processes for over 800 employees.
- Coordinate monthly payroll amendments including joiners, leavers, and overtime with an outsourced payroll partner.
- Generate and review monthly payroll reports ensuring data accuracy and timely submission.
- Respond to payroll queries and manage the business relationship with the third-party payroll provider.
- Drive improvements to monthly payroll processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employees.
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum three years in a similar role, ideally managing end-to-end payroll processes.
- Experience with customer service and secondments is advantageous.
- Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or a Diploma in Payroll Management preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) & HRIS systems.
- Excellent administration, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and take ownership of tasks.
