This Global Engineering Consultancy Organisation Dublin 4 are currently recruiting for a experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing all aspects of monthly payroll.
- Managing payroll aspects of starters and leavers.
- Administering the pension scheme, including remitting monthly payments and reconciling contributions.
- Handling health insurance payments and related administration.
- Filing payroll-related paperwork and documentation.
- Addressing staff payroll queries effectively.
- Collaborating closely with HR teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in the payroll function.
- An IPASS qualification is desirable.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with PAYE Modernisation and ROS.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the Irish PAYE and Social Welfare systems.
