About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to support the lawyers within this busy Corporate department. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you will be an integral part of the team, providing both day-to-day administrative support and assistance with larger group projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to lawyers and teams in the Corporate department
  • Work independently and take ownership of tasks to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Support the coordination and delivery of group projects and team initiatives
  • Compile transaction bibles, maintain up-to-date documentation, and manage filing systems
  • Act as a dependable point of contact for routine matters and follow through on delegated tasks

About You
This kind of role is perfect for a graduate who wants to further their experience in a dynamic legal setting.

You will have:

  • Minimum 9-12 months years’ experience in a high-volume administrative role, within a professional services environment
  • A strong interest in a broad and dynamic corporate setting
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with efficiency and professionalism
  • A high level of IT literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative and drive
  • A reliable, conscientious approach and a consistently professional manner
