An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to join a prestigious professional services firm in Dublin 2.

The PA will play a pivotal role in providing executive support to a Partner, managing confidential projects, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy inbox and diary, organising domestic and international meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including bookings, itinerary preparation, and expense processing.
  • Prepare and format sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and Word documents in line with house style.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Collate, file, and manage relevant materials and documents on the CRM system.
  • Draft minutes and action points from meetings.
  • Work to strict deadlines and prioritise workloads effectively.
  • Provide additional support as required.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • 2-3 years min PA support experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and upgrades.
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong data management and presentation skills.
  • Positive, professional, and efficient approach.
  • Initiative and a willingness to learn.
