An International Construction Company is seeking an Office Administrator to join their busy team in Dublin 22. This is a temporary assignment with a good potential for becoming a long term role. The successful candidate will start immediately.
There is parking on-site and a 4 minute walk from Luas stop.
Salary on offer is €26,000-€32,000 depending on experience.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Assisting document control
- Updating Holiday spreadsheet and others as required
- Managing correspondence, email and phone
- General office administration
- Dealing with couriers
- Managing Office Purchasing
The ideal candidate will:
- Have 1 year administration experience
- have strong IT skills
- have very strong co-ordination skills
- have fantastic attention to detail
- a team player
- an outgoing person
