Administrator required for the Admissions dept of busy South Dublin Private Hospital for an initial 2 month assignment. Immediate start is required.
This is a temp assignment with permanent opportunities for the right candidate.
- Salary is €30,000-€35,000 (per year)
- Monday-Friday, fully onsite (35 hour working week)
- 2 shifts available, 6.45am-3.15 and 11am-6pm
- Discounted parking rates
- Accessible by bus/train
Roles & Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for patients in admissions
- Phone and email management
- Check emails throughout the day
- Communicate with clinical and other staff
- Print patient labels as and when required
- Request charts from Medical Records
- Arrange consults, send faxes etc
- Ensure all contact numbers and details are up to date
- Liaise with staff in other departments, the public and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous and professional manner
- Maintain strict confidentiality at all times between staff, patients etc.
