Lex Consultancy

Administrator required for the Admissions dept of busy South Dublin Private Hospital for an initial 2 month assignment. Immediate start is required.

This is a temp assignment with permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

  • Salary is €30,000-€35,000 (per year)
  • Monday-Friday, fully onsite (35 hour working week)
  • 2 shifts available, 6.45am-3.15 and 11am-6pm
  • Discounted parking rates
  • Accessible by bus/train

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for patients in admissions
  • Phone and email management
  • Check emails throughout the day
  • Communicate with clinical and other staff
  • Print patient labels as and when required
  • Request charts from Medical Records
  • Arrange consults, send faxes etc
  • Ensure all contact numbers and details are up to date
  • Liaise with staff in other departments, the public and outside agencies in a confidential, courteous and professional manner
  • Maintain strict confidentiality at all times between staff, patients etc.
