A leading corporate organisation in Dublin City Centre is looking for a Marketing & Events Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who thrives on building relationships, delivering high-quality client events, and driving business growth through creative marketing and business development initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the planning and execution of client-facing events that make an impact
- Identify new business opportunities through market and sector research
- Develop and implement tailored marketing and business development strategies
- Prepare compelling pitches, proposals, and client materials
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth
- Manage, coach, and inspire junior team members
- Ensure marketing and events align with overall client and business strategy
Who You Are:
- 7+ years’ experience in marketing or business development, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment
- Proven experience managing and mentoring a team
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering results
- Experienced in event-led business development campaigns
- Excellent communicator with strong project management and writing skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data to drive decisions
