A small Legal practice in Dublin 12 requires a Legal Administrator / Legal Secretary to join their team.
This role is supporting the Principal whose work is primarily focused on family law and probate. There will also be occasional work in conveyancing. This role would suit someone living in the area who is looking to move away from a daily commute into the City Centre. You will have steady hours, a lovely team and a manageable but busy workload!
This role will not suit candidates who are sitting, or planning to sit, FE1 examinations.

- 9am-5pm Monday – Thursday, 4pm finish on Friday

Duties of this role will include:
- Greeting clients in person, answering all incoming calls
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, counsel and other third parties
- Digital Dictation
- Creating, amending and formatting letters and legal documents with a high degree of accuracy
- Preparing briefs for Counsel, booklets for Court etc
- Copying, scanning, filing, general admin
- Recording incoming and outgoing post
- Diary Management/arranging appointments
- File Management
- Ad hoc general office tasks as required
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal Administrator / Office administrator with very strong typing experience
- Exceptional MS Word skills
- Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
- Excellent audio and copy typing skills - 50 WPM minimum
