Our client, a well-established property company based in Dublin 2, close to Merrion Square are recruiting an Administrator to join their Lettings department. This is a fully onsite role.

This is an opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years’ experience in a busy office environment, potentially working in a smaller property company, to join one of Ireland’s top property companies and build their career in Lettings.

Duties in this role will include:

  • Document production, administration and storage including reports and statistics.
  • Supporting in the progression of tenancy applications and agreements.
  • Responding to and logging lettings queries.
  • Registration of tenancies with the RTB.
  • Managing and organizing viewings of properties.
  • Taking phone calls including distributing messages and flagging critical items.

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

  • 1-2 years’ experience as an administrator within a Property environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office as well as excellent phone manner.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment with multiple competing priorities.
