Lex Consultancy is delighted to be partnered with an esteemed property company with the hiring of a Lettings Administrator to join a dynamic and collaborative office on a permanent contract based in Dublin 2. This is a fully onsite role.

This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive administrative support to senior team members and ensuring the smooth operation of the lettings department. It is an exceptional opportunity for those who have a passion for the property industry and excel in a customer-facing role.

Key Responsibilities of  the Lettings Administrator:

  • Monitor and track upcoming property availability using the property management system
  • Manage documentation for vacant property turnover, including required work orders, quotes, and completion statuses
  • Draft a variety of documents including letters, arrear reports, inventories and condition reports
  • Register tenants with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) and manage rent review communications
  • Support team with administrative tasks

Key Skills of the Lettings Administrator:

  • 1+ years’ experience as an administrator within a Property environment essential
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office as well as excellent phone manner
