Legal Secretary - Commercial Litigation

An excellent opportunity exists within a Dublin 2 Law firm, offering a professional, modern and pleasant working environment. An experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary is required to join a busy team and work alongside a number of other support staff. 

You will need to have 3+ years experience working in a commercial firm on litigation / dispute resolution. This role offers great opportunities to progress.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a Partner. You will provide administration services to the Partner to help in the completion of their work.

Duties will include;

  • Typing and drafting documents
  • Updating and maintaining the case management database
  • Dicta-typing
  • File management,
  • Directing calls, dealing with client queries and inbox management
  • Diary management and arranging travel.

This is a very varied and exciting role, ideal for someone who is looking for a change of scenery from their current Legal firm.

As mentioned above, you will need to be an experienced Legal Secretary; 

  • 3+ years experience in a large commercial law firm.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, case management software and billing software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and with all levels of the organisation.
