As part of their Corporate department, they are seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to provide essential support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties include:
- Produce high-quality documentation efficiently using Microsoft Word.
- Manage files through the Document Management System, including opening new files and maintaining existing ones.
- Draft and redraft documents as required.
- Proactively support solicitors by managing diaries and communicating effectively to address any issues.
- Take telephone messages and manage client relationships professionally.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, archiving, and general office tasks.
Key Skills and Requirements
- 2-3 years Legal Secretarial experience
- Demonstrates a professional manner and approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Maintains confidentiality both internally and externally.
